EMMA Philippines successfully completed its first event for the 2019 season at the CityWalk Sports complex in Malolos Bulacan, and awarding at FivePoint Restaurant and Bar.
Several cars from Manila made the hour and a half long drive to Malolos, whereas some competitors came from as far as Dagupan, Nueva Ecija and Isabella to witness the camaraderie and competition.
Even with the intense summer heat barreling down on everyone, the general atmosphere was pleasant, with many competitors and spectators going around and listening to cars.
We are also immensely happy to see a growing number of new competitors joining the competition, with equally impressive sounding systems for their first outing. It looks like we will need to keep an eye out as there looks to be many new and upcoming stars in the competition scene.
Special thanks to Lakan Audio Solutions for arranging the venue, as well as K-Array Speakers for providing the excellent sound system we used during the awarding ceremony at Five Point Restaurant and Bar. It is safe to say that we will definitely be back, as the market in Bulacan and its surrounding provinces are an area of tremendous positive growth for the industry.
