Emma Philippines brought the storm over to Cagayan de Oro to present the 3rd qualifier for the 2024 EMMA Philippines season. Just over 30 entries competed for awards to claim a top spot in Mindanao, with some cars driving 5 hours from Davao and Kidapawan to compete.
