On November 9, 2022, the Philippines kicked off the beginning of the 2022 EMMA Asia finals to 35 cars who all are vying for a coveted EMMA Asia trophy. Competitors came over on a Wednesday to the roofdeck parking of the Ayala Malls Manila Bay to the judge team of EMMA Asia. The heat only served as the perfect reminder of how heated the competition in Asia has become. The second stage in in Vietnam with Singapore going on to host the final stage on Nov 27.
