Judging Method

  1. Ingress of competitors will be from 0700 to 0730 AM, we will provide a map of the venue and where EMMA will be located once we have received information from our organizers
  2. There are categories where there are more than 8 competitors in a class. As noted in the EMMA Rulebook notes that to ensure the fairness of judging, we will split up the judging to 3 judges. So for EMMA Lite 3 way and King of Sound, cars will be split into two groups, to be judged by separate judges. The top 2 cars from each of the groups will then move to a final round to be judged by a 3rd Judge to determine the winner of that category.
  3. Time schedule below is indicative, EMMA Philippines will make all efforts to ensure that we can complete all the judging within the given time frame. Your help in preparing the cars at each timeslot will be appreciated, and we have 2 marshals from Carmavens assisting us during the event.

Venue Layout for competitors

The are allotted for the EMMA competition is highlighted below. This stretch is approximately 140 meters long by 10 meters wide. Given the space restrictions, EMMA Philippine Judges will go to each of the vehicles to reduce the movement of cars. As such, we request competitors to arrange themselves according to their installers as shown below. This includes a general idea on how the cars should be parked along the street. This is to provide a clear lane in the middle in case cars need to leave early. We thank everyone in advance for their cooperation given the space limitations.
