2017 Leg 1: Filinvest, Alabang

The 1st leg of the 2017 season was held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at the Filinvest Tent in Alabang Muntinlupa City. Just over 40 entries participated in multiple categories from sound quality, multimedia, ESPL, ESQL, and EMMA Racing.

Though the rains came pouring down toward the end of the day, many competitors stuck it out, all waiting anxiously for the results which were announced during the awarding at 9pm in the evening.

We’d like to thank our sponsors who also set up booths during the day to showcase and display some of their newest products. Phoenix Gold had a booth showing off the newest amplifiers that have just been released to the market. The install depot also had a booth showcasing the newest installation accessories available through all their dealers nationwide.

We’d also like to give a big thank you to EMMA Indonesia for sending over Mr. Ricky Sutanto to help judge our event. The support from all EMMA Asia affiliates is highly appreciated.

Lastly, EMMA Philippines sincerely apologies to our competitors for some errors committed during the tabulation of scores. We are currently in the process of upgrading our system and have shifted now to the use of the EMMA database, which aids EMMA Philippines in simplifying and automating our back office duties.
