An “EMMA Selected” shop is officially recognized by the association for its commitment to technical standards. These shops have a proven track record of building competition-ready vehicles that pass our rigorous Installation (Install) standards. These shops have consistently competed and placed across a competition year.
- What it means for you: When you visit a Selected shop, you are guaranteed a build that is safe, properly fused, and wired to professional standards. These are the reliable “go-to” establishments for any audiophile starting their journey.
The EMMA Stars
The Pinnacle of Sound & Craftsmanship
A “Star” is not simply joined; it is earned on the podium. These shops represent the elite tier of the Philippine car audio industry, judged on the following core pillars: Having undergone official EMMA certification through judges training in the Philippines, and consistently display a Mastery of Tuning and Installation through consistent joining and winning in EMMA competitions.
⭐: A shop that consistently places on the podium in National legs in Entry and Skilled Classes. They have a refined “ear” for tuning and a deep understanding of the EMMA.
⭐⭐: These shops are masters. They don’t just follow trends; they set them through installation and tuning techniques, having competed and won in Skilled or Master classes in EMMA Philippines for the year.
⭐⭐⭐: Exceptional Global Standard. Reserved for Podium Finishers who have represented the Philippines at the EMMA Asia Finals. A 3-Star shop offers a “reference-level” listening experience—where car audio is elevated to an art form.
