The EMMA 2026-2027 season is rolling on full throttle, and the action recently hit the King City of the South for an unforgettable 5th qualifying round! Held at the PTSJ PMVIC Center in Davao City, this leg proved once again that the Mindanao car audio community is more vibrant, competitive, and passionate than ever.
A Massive Turnout and Unmatched Energy in Davao
Despite the intense energy and fierce competition, the venue was packed with top-tier builds and dedicated enthusiasts. Over 60 cars competing across 84 entries rolled into the PTSJ PMVI Center, showcasing incredible craftsmanship, precision tuning, and jaw-dropping audio engineering.
Demonstrating the true dedication of the community, competitors and supporters flooded the venue, keeping spirits high and the atmosphere electric from morning until evening.
Familiar Faces, Fierce Competition, and Hard-Earned Trophies
It was especially exciting to see both new and old faces stepping up to the competitive arena, rigorous judging sessions testing everything from tonal accuracy to ESQL, and countless happy faces walking away with well-deserved trophies.
Every competitor brought their absolute A-game, raising the bar for mobile audio standards in the region, together with afternoon lechon and barbeque to round out the entire experience. A huge shoutout goes to all the competitors, judges, sponsors, partners, and local enthusiasts who made QR5 Davao an overwhelming success.
